Paul Catinean,
Founder and CTO Pledra
Licensed in Business Informatics and a tech passionate, Paul's focus always revolved around business software. Upon discovering Odoo in early 2012 (OpenERP back then) he started as a freelance developer and began implementing projects in Europe and the US, mainly in the manufacturing and logistics sector.
Shortly after founding Pledra, Paul created his biggest contribution to the opensource community via the "Odoo Product Configurator" modules suite. A project inspired from his previous projects the Product Configurator is now vastly used in the Odoo ecosystem today.
In the last years Paul's interested revolved mostly around automation of the infrastructure and processes of Pledra's constantly growing team.

Managing partner and Odoo Functional Consultant
With 10+ years of experience in managing operations in a major european banking group and a great focus on process optimization, Alex is helping companies achieve automation and operational efficiency as an Odoo Functional Expert and Project Manager.
Her main goal is to understand the business needs and the company's pain points and to propose the best approach for an Odoo implementation, as well as to manage the project. She also supports the customer right from the start in their internal Change Management process, offers trainings and post-implementation guidance.
Alex is a proficient Project Manager and a Certified Scrum Master who joined Pledra in 2020.
